As a health coach, I work side by side with you to identify health issues that are important to you. We will talk about how food influences the way our body performs, how it can attract or fight disease, set goals and identify the ways you can achieve those goals. Curious what this looks like?
There are multiple goals that clients have and thus different meeting paths we can follow. As a sample, one is listed below for someone looking for food selection and menu guidance. Others have included weight loss, nutritional strategies for families, how nutrition can help with specific diseases and many others.
Initial Meeting
During this time together we will discuss your objectives, review your health history and any medications you may be taking. We will also talk about your sleep, stress and exercise patterns. A seven day journaling project will be a take away from this meeting along with initial steps towards helping you reaching your goals.

Follow-Up Meeting
We will review your seven day food journal, dive deeper into the benefits of various foods to help you achieve your objectives and discuss lifestyle changes you may be interested in. We will set short term and long term goals and discuss ways to be more succesful in achieving those. We will also begin to talk about the meals you do and do not enjoy to make the meal plan most effective for you.

14 Day Meal Plan
The meal plan will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner options. It will provide you with a variety of meals and does not include calorie counting or weighing your servings. Additionally, the meal plan will include tips for weekend preparation to help make the weekday prep more efficient and enjoyable.
