About Healthy Happy Eating

The Healthy Happy Eating concept began sixteen years ago with the first birth of my three sons. With each child, I prayed that no matter what choices they made in life, they would be healthy and happy. As time went on, this, in part, took the form of teaching the boys how to eat healthy food and live balanced lives. My interest continued to grow in this area, leading me to gain a certification in holistic nutrition from the American Fitness Professionals and Association (AFPA). This, along with the education from my MBA, helped to launch Healthy Happy Eating. I am now grateful to be able to combine my passion for learning and nutrition with my desire to help others. It is my hope that I can be part of your story toward a healthier future.
